Today’s episode of Megha Barsenge begins with a tense moment between Megha and Arjun. Megha apologizes to Arjun in a shaky voice. She pleads, “Don’t leave me alone.” But Arjun seems to ignore everything and pushes her away. Megha starts to fall down the stairs, just then Arjun catches her. Their eyes meet, and the song “Muskurane Ki Rea” plays with an emotional tone. Megha holds his hand and asks for a promise, “You will always be by my side, right?” Arjun hugs her. Megha sheds tears.

Meanwhile, Ranjita breaks down in tears after returning home. The look of worry is clear on her face. Goldie watches from a distance and wonders, “Did he see my message?” Ranjita calls Megha, but finds Megha’s number switched off. She looks at Goldie, worried. When Goldie comes forward, Ranjita says, “Megha and Arjun had a big fight today. If something bad happens, how will I handle Megha?” Goldie hugs her and consoles her and silently deletes her message.

On the other hand, Megha bandages Arjun’s injured hand. In a light-hearted tone, she says, “What should I do with you, Arjun?” But the subject quickly changes. Megha asks, “What should I do with this pregnancy of ours?” Arjun says in an irritated voice, “I am not a saint, I cannot decide. This is Manoj’s child… I don’t know! What did your mother say?” Megha says in a light-hearted voice, “She said this child will not be good for our future. Talk to Shagun.” Arjun gets angry and says, “No! No one will know. Baba’s, Navjyot’s… they will not understand this. We will take time for ourselves, we will not tell anyone. Okay?” Megha shakes her head. Suddenly, Arjun sees their broken picture. Anger wells up in him.
Meanwhile, Shagun smiles softly at Megha’s excitement, “Megha is back. She is setting the table for Arjun with such care, I see everything is going well. But she hasn’t told me about the pregnancy yet.” Mandeep comes closer and says, “The honeymoon is over. This glow on her face is enough. There must be some good news!” Shagun asks Megha, “So tell me, what is the good news?” Mandeep smiles and shakes his head. Shagun bursts into excitement, “Such good news, and you didn’t tell me! Wait, I will see what Arjun says when he comes.” But Arjun is shocked to hear this. He gets angry and leaves. Shagun says, “There is a lot of work left!”
Arjun and Megha argue in the car. Megha breaks down in tears. The song “Mile Jab Tu” is playing in the car. Arjun suddenly brakes and stops the car. His eyes burn with anger and disappointment. He holds Megha’s hand and says, “You’re forcing me to do this.”
They reach the hospital. Megha feels a pain in her stomach. Arjun is worried and wants to help her, but Megha says, “Let me go alone.” She goes inside.
The doctor smiles lightly at Megha and says, “Your pregnancy is completely healthy. How are you feeling?” Megha’s eyes fill with tears. Arjun’s words come to mind. She says firmly, “I don’t want this child.” The doctor shakes his head. “Okay, if you have made a final decision, then fill this form.”
Megha takes the form. Just then, Arjun calls her. Her phone starts vibrating. And Megha’s eyes are filled with hesitation…
