Today’s episode of Megha Barsenge begins with Arjun’s caring behavior. He suggests home treatment for Megha’s stomach ache. Megha jokingly says, “I’ll be fine.” Arjun says seriously, “I don’t like it when you’re sick, you’re the most special to me.” Hearing this, Megha smiles. Even jokingly, Arjun says, “Do you know, I like this smile the most.” Megha lowers her head in shame.

At this time, Navjot jokingly says, “Megha, you might be going to be a mother!” Riya, who is sitting next to her, comes and picks up a drink with a smile. Navjot gets annoyed by her behavior and says, “You’re completely mad.” Both Megha and Arjun burst into laughter. Arjun expresses his feelings by saying, “I was thinking about the future, should we expand our team?” Megha replies with a smile, “You are in a hurry, I want to experience everything slowly.”
Arjun holds Megha’s hand and says, “Then tell me, how much do I love you?” Megha smiles shyly and nods. Arjun’s eyes sparkle with happiness. Just then, Navjot calls him and he gets up.

Meanwhile, the conversation between Talwar and Goldie continues. While playing cards, Talwar says, “A queen is compatible with a king.” Goldie seems to be in a different mood. Meanwhile, Riya suddenly comes to Megha and says, “Eat milk and buttermilk, it is good for the body.” Then she laughs and says, “I think I am pregnant!” Hearing this, Megha is shocked. Riya says, “Yes, this happens during pregnancy.” Megha happily hugs her. Riya then says, “You yourself are almost as sick. You should also take a pregnancy test!” Megha then wants to avoid Riya’s words.
But a storm of thoughts arose in Megha’s mind. She calculated it in her mind, finding some similarities. Suddenly, she remembered that she had spent a wrong moment with Manoj, not Arjun. Megha panicked inside.
Riya took her pregnancy kit for the test. Megha then made an excuse and kept the kit with her. To clear her doubts, she also tested herself.
Meanwhile, Talwar offered Goldie a job, which made Goldie a little uncomfortable. On the other hand, Riya’s test result came back negative. She told Megha with a smile, “Nothing happened.” Megha consoled Riya. But her panic about her own test continued to grow.
Finally, Megha picked up her test kit. After a few moments of intense excitement, she was stunned to see the result—positive!
The sky seemed to collapse in her head. On one side, her love for Arjun, and on the other, the memory of that wrong moment. Just then, Arjun came and stood beside her. He takes the kit from Megha’s hand.
Arjun asks in surprise, “Are you… pregnant?” His voice is filled with disbelief and disappointment. He adds, “How? What is this a result of? Tell me something, Megha!” Megha just stands there silently. Her tears refuse to hold back.
