At the beginning of today’s episode of Megha Barsenge, Riya comes and happily announces, “Look, my test is positive. I’m pregnant! I can’t believe it!” Arjun is surprised and says, “You’re pregnant?” Riya nods her head in agreement. Arjun happily hugs her, “Congratulations!” Riya says, “Come on, let’s tell everyone. Kripal will go crazy with happiness if he hears.”

However, Megha stops them. She says, “First get the doctor’s confirmation. Don’t tell anyone before that.” Riya agrees, but the lines of thought on Megha’s face are clear. It’s as if a storm of old memories has arisen in her mind, especially about her past with Manoj.
Arjun comes to Megha and hugs her gently, “I love you.” But Megha pulls herself away and says, “I’m not ready for all this.” She starts shedding tears. Arjun gets hurt and asks, “Then why did you pretend that you love me too?” Arjun gets angry with Megha and lies down on the sofa in anger.

In the morning, Megha realizes her mistake and apologizes to Arjun. But Arjun just says, “There is no need to talk in front of mother.” Megha goes to help Shagun, the housewife, with her work and says, “I want to go to Amritsar today.” Shagun stops her, “You are sick, go tomorrow.” Megha is worried about her physical condition but says, “I am fine.”
In the next scene, Megha goes to the doctor’s chamber. The doctor examines her and says, “You are pregnant. However, we need to do some more test to confirm that you are pregnant.” The results will come in 24 hours.” A storm rages in Megha’s heart. When she comes out and sees Arjun, she becomes even more worried. Arjun says, “It is my responsibility to take care of you. But you always keep me away.”
Megha retorts, “Don’t say this in front of people. I just went away as you told me to.” Their conversation turns into an argument. Megha says, “Go and ask the doctor yourself.”
When Megha returns home, she sees everyone is overjoyed at the news of Riya’s pregnancy. Seeing all this, she feels dizzy. Everyone takes care of her. She asks Ranjita, “Have you taken Riya to the doctor?” Ranjita says, “No, I will go later. Everyone is happy now.”
Megha then gets angry and says, “Did you make all these arrangements after seeing such a strip? You shouldn’t give me hope. I have something to talk to you.” Ranjita goes with Megha.
Ranjita asks Megha, “Why are you angry with Riya? You made everyone feel so bad for you. Did you fight with Arjun?” Megha pauses and says, “Riya is not pregnant. Her report was wrong.”
Ranjita is surprised and says, “Then whose is that strip?” Megha admits with a trembling voice, “It’s mine.” Ranjita happily hugs Megha, “Congratulations!” But Megha breaks down, “No, this is not happy news.”
Ranjita frowns and asks, “Doesn’t Arjun want a child?” Megha wipes her tears and says, “This is not Arjun’s child. That’s not how we are related.”
Ranjita is shocked and asks, “Then whose child?” Megha slowly says, “This is Manoj’s child.” Hearing this, Ranjita is shocked. They both start crying.
