Today’s episode of the Megha Barsenge serial begins with Arjun’s harsh words, as if his pain is captured with the weight of every word. He tells Megha, “I don’t care if you wear the mangalsutra or not, but when Manoj was your husband, you wore it. I just want to know, have you forgotten the mangalsutra?” Contempt in Megha’s voice, she says, “You don’t believe me.” She won’t speak again, until Arjun apologizes.

Meanwhile, Navajot arrives and warns, “Remember, your name is associated with us.” She leaves, warning Surinder and Ranjita that every word she utters will bring fear. Surinder’s body becomes weak, his cough is full of turbulence. Goldie and Ranjita surround him in concern. “I can get an infection, I’m going,” says Navajot, uneasily.
Again the story turns towards Megha and Arjun. Arjun pulls Megha into his chest, determination in his eyes, “I won’t apologize. I won’t let you go like this. Your blouse is off, don’t worry.” With gentle hands he fastens the hooks of her blouse. A deep illusion plays in the eyes. The surrounding guests laughed at this scene.
But an ominous wind spread. Surinder closes the door and tells Kripal, “Call Arjun.” “Every time Arjun can’t be called, we go to the doctor,” says Ranjita worriedly. Yet Surinder is adamant, fear of the unknown in his eyes. Kripal calls Arjun. Arjun rushes in, thinking in Megha’s eyes, “Is everything alright?” Arjun calms her down, “You go home, rest, I’ll let you know if anything happens. I can handle everything without you.”
Kripal’s words flash back and forth in Arjun’s head, and just then Navajot follows him. Megha returns home and sees Mandeep bullying the housekeeper after catching his lie. Megha stops, as if thinking of something else. Arjun then returned home and knocked on the door, “Surinder, open the door!”
Opening the door, Surinder collapsed coughing up blood. Ranjita is scared, “What happened?” Arjun says sharply, “You go to the doctor now!” Surinder trembled with fear and said, “Will you keep your promise? Will you not leave Megha?” Arjun is surprised, “What is this? Why did Navjot come and say this?” Surinder says in a strained voice, “I don’t know how much longer I will live. I am suffering from cancer. Arjun married Megha just for me.”
The air in the room stopped, the new arrival and everyone’s eyes were surprised. Surinder’s voice came heavy, “I told him to marry Megha, before my death.”

Arjun says in a firm voice, “we will fight, you will recover.” But in Navjot’s eyes, there was a sharp accusation, “They blackmailed Arjun and got him married!” Navjot leaves from there.
Ranjita breaks down, “You hid such a big thing from me! It’s betrayal!” Her cries filled the room. Surinder hugged her tightly, “I’m sorry.”
Arjun also feels a heavy burden of responsibility, he hugs Surinder. On the other hand, Megha goes to the storeroom and sees Shagun. Surprised to see Shagun, Megha says, “You here?” “Yes, I come here sometimes,” says Shagun with a light smile.
But Megha’s mind is full of questions, she realizes that something is hidden. A cloud of worry came over her mind.
