Kumkum Bhagya written update 20th nov: Today’s episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with RV’s worried face. When he comes to look for Harleen, Harleen is quite surprised. “Who told you?” she asked in surprise. Deepika, who was standing next to her, admitted with a guilty face, “I told.” Deepika explains, seeing Harleen stop taking her medication worried her. But Harleen angrily says, “You had to call RV? He always leaves his work and comes to see me.”

“Your well-being is more important to me than anything else,” RV assures Harleen with a smile. Harleen calms down with her soothing words, and RV gives her medicine.
Then Harleen wants to know, Purvi is okay? RV assures her, “Purvi is fine. you don’t worry I will take care of her.” Saying this RV goes out. But Monisha, with suspicion and curiosity in her eyes, quietly follows RV.
Meanwhile, Yug is busy opening the door of Neha’s house with a pin. Just then Diya comes and jokingly says, “Have you become a thief?” Yug is no less, smiling and saying, “Will you be quiet?” With great difficulty he opened the door, and the whole party entered the house.

Amidst these words, Purvi, Yug, and Diya find Sahil’s address at Neha’s house. They took photos and tried to leave quickly. But Neha senses their presence and warns Sahil. While Sahil takes the matter lightly, Neha sets out to find her herself. Yug then creates confusion by throwing a vase, and they run away.
RV later asks Purvi, “How are you so sure that Sahil sent Mathew to hurt you?” Purvi confidently says, “I have proof. But it is not right to say anything to the police now. Neha will turn everything upside down and save Sahil.”
