Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 5th Dec 2024 Written Update: In the beginning of today’s episode of DKTPH serial, a nurse in the hospital sees Chirag sitting next to the unconscious Deepika in deep concentration. The nurse asks who he is? Chirag replies that he is a man from Deepika’s house, he is the one who brought Deepika here and he is also a doctor. The nurse thanks him and says that he called Deepika’s emergency contact number, who will come very soon. Chirag is surprised to ask who that person is? The nurse says, Siddharth Oswal.

Within a while, Siddharth reaches there. Chirag hides his presence and leaves from there in anger. Siddharth goes to Deepika and asks how she is. Deepika then asks Siddharth, was Chirag here? Siddharth says, no, some good person brought him to the hospital. But Deepika thinks that Chirag brought him here.
On the other hand, Mishka loses her control and shouts that Chirag is still with Deepika. Her uncle calmly says, “It may be God’s will that Chirag be with his wife and child.” But Mishka is not willing to accept that argument. He promises to finish Deepika and make Chirag his own.

Siddharth tells Deepika, “Why do you have to suffer so much? Everything I have is yours.” Deepika calmly replies, “It’s a question of my self-respect.” The nurse comes and tells Siddharth that he can complete Deepika’s discharge formalities and take her home.
Prithvi remembers Deepika through his favorite food. Omkar and Ashutosh worry about Deepika. Meanwhile, Janhvi says, “Deepika should have done a DNA test to clear Chirag’s doubts.” But Lavanya scolds her. She warns Janhvi for raising questions about Deepika’s character. Lavanya further says, “Deepika did the right thing. She took her stand for her self-respect. And Chirag! Why is he so ruthless?” Lavanya prays for Deepika’s safety.

Chirag is disappointed to see Deepika leaving the hospital with Siddharth. Mishka comes to him and angrily asks why he disconnected her phone. Chirag gets angry and tells Mishka to stay away from his life. Mishka then burns with the fire of revenge. He hires a goon and plans to kill Deepika. Seeing Deepika’s picture on the goon’s mobile, Mohan, who is helped by Deepika, follows the goon. He sees that the goon gets into Mishka’s car.
The goon sets Deepika’s hostel room on fire. Mishka rejoices in joy watching the scene from a distance and thanks the goon. But Mohan secretly witnesses it.
With Mohan’s help, Deepika escapes the fire and arrives at Mishka’s house. As soon as he opens the door, Chirag thinks that Mishka has arrived. But when he sees Deepika in front of him, his face turns pale. Deepika holds Mishka down and makes him confess all his crimes. After repeatedly slapping her, Deepika says, “You wanted to kill me? How dare you?” A trembling Mishka confesses all his misdeeds. Just then, Chirag arrives at Mishka’s house.

Deepika gives birth to twins. Lavanya kidnaps one of the babies and plans to reunite Chirag and Deepika. The baby is left in a temple, where Chirag picks up the baby.
