Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 22 Nov 2024 Written Update: The twist in today’s episode of Dil Ko Tumse Pyar Hua was emotional, exciting and unexpected. Deepika and Chirag sat in the puja seat instead of Lavanya and Omkar. Shobha and Manorama were burning up seeing that. They started grumbling among themselves, how Deepika had taken away Janhvi’s rights. But Yashwant, on the contrary, was overjoyed—he thanked God for bringing peace back to Deepika’s life. At the end of the puja, Chirag and Deepika took the blessings of the elders. Yashwant thanked Chirag and said, “Thank you for convincing Lavanya.” Chirag said modestly, “Deepika has achieved this on her own merit.”

Everything was going well, but suddenly Deepika started feeling unwell. While distributing prasad, she felt dizzy and went to the kitchen. There, the servant said, “Madam, you are looking a little pale.” Deepika smiled and said, “I’m fine.” But inside, she was feeling a little dizzy.
Meanwhile, Mishka noticed this change in Deepika. She had a suspicion—Deepika might be pregnant! Then he hatched a terrible plot. Mishka decided to make Deepika fall and have an unexpected miscarriage.
At this time, Manorama asked Shobha where the box of snacks she had bought was. Shobha said that she had hidden it in Janhvi’s room. Manorama then asked Janhvi to bring the box. As Janhvi was walking towards her room, she suddenly slipped on a slippery oil stain. Deepika shouted, “Janhvi!” and ran towards her. The whole family rushed to take Janhvi to the hospital.
Upon reaching the hospital, Mishka started her old plot in the doctor’s uniform. She told the family that Janhvi had miscarried. Everyone was shocked by this news.
Shobha points an accusing finger at Deepika. She angrily says that Deepika has deliberately conspired. Then she rushes towards Deepika and grabs her throat. Chirag quickly stands up for Deepika and scolds Shobha, “Stay away from my wife!” But by then Deepika faints.
Mishka is terrified that Deepika’s pregnancy will come out. Still, she wants to handle the situation. Chirag refuses to take any help from Mishka. He takes Deepika to another doctor.
Shobha is still fuming. Just then Lavanya warns Shobha, “If anything happens to Deepika, I will throw you out of my house!” After a while, Chirag comes out and hugs Lavanya, breaking down in emotion. He announces, “Deepika is pregnant!” The whole family bursts into joy. But Shobha cannot hide her pain; she is burning inside.
