Today’s episode of the serial Anupamaa begins, it’s late at night. Ansh notices that Prem is playing with a ball instead of sleeping. When Ansh asks him a question, he tries to lighten the matter. However, after a while, he admits his restlessness. The conversation turns to Ansh’s love life. Ansh proudly says that he will never get into a relationship with girls on dating apps. Prem is satisfied with this. Then, while talking about love, Ansh makes fun of Prem, the girl of his dreams, Rahi. Prem, despite Ansh’s warnings, dreams of winning Rahi.

On the other hand, Anupama is busy with her work. Ordering Prem to quickly pack an order, she tells him that Rahi has gone out to get milk. But the pressure of work and family exhausts her so much that she suddenly loses consciousness. Everyone panics. Rahi, bored of waiting for Prem’s call, gets angry when the call comes and sweeps away before she can hear him.
The doctor comes and examines Anupama and tells her that she needs to be kept away from stress and given rest. Although Anupama assures everyone that she is fine, Prem meets Rahi and tells her about Anupama’s condition. Rahi is initially unconcerned, but becomes deeply worried after hearing the news. Later, she and Mahi decide to help Anupama, and Prem also joins them. But Pakhi, watching the whole situation from the side, thinks that a love triangle might be forming around Rahi, Prem, and Mahi, which could further increase Anupama’s stress.
In such a situation, Prem gathers his courage and confesses his love to Rahi. But Rahi rejects him outright. He explains to Prem that love is still complicated for him and that he is not ready for a relationship. He sees Prem as a good friend and ally. Prem is hurt by this and angrily demands to know why Rahi took so long to reject him. Rahi explains that the proposal was unexpected for him.

Prem finds it hard to accept Rahi’s rejection. He remembers the moments he and Rahi shared and becomes emotional. Meanwhile, some miscreants attack Prem. At home, Mahi becomes concerned about the distance between Rahi and Prem. When Rahi tries to console Mahi, she gets angry. Their argument escalates until Anupama intervenes and scolds them for wasting food.
However, the problem deepens when Anupama tells her that Prem is missing from the house. The entire family panics. Mahi pleads with Anupama to find Prem, and Rahi is hopeful that Prem will come back for her. However, Anupama tells Prem that Mahi actually has deep feelings for Prem. Rahi is shocked to hear this news.
The episode ends with Prem expressing her unwavering love for Prem despite her mental anguish. The entire family becomes concerned about her safety. Mahi wants Prem to come back, and Rahi realizes that she needs to face a new crisis regarding Prem’s position in her life.
