Seen at the beginning of the episode,  Malik welcome Nikki to the mansion. Nikki did a special Rasam, which was very important. She had to bring life ras to one named Chandra Vedya. Why? Because a mantra will be strengthened with that Ras (juice).

Malik asked Nikki, did she get everything right? Nikki said, yes, everything is fine. But it seemed that Nikki was hiding something. Malik’s eyes are very sharp, so he can understand Nikki’s mind.

Nikki then recalled that her grandmother had told her that no one could know everything that was on her mind. So Nikki was at ease.

Malik asked for the bottle that contained the life ras (juice). Nikki showed the bottle and said, Chandra Vedya has drunk all the life ras. But Nethra said, have you fixed the rasam? Another girl named Suguna said, Malik will not leave us, we will all die.

Malik took the bottle and said, you may be waiting to be punished. But because you have fixed this rasam, I am not punishing you. He took a drop of life ras on his finger and threw the bottle away.

Then a strange thing happened. Malik turned into a demon as soon as he ate a drop of that life ras! But in a moment he was human again. Everyone was surprised. Malik said, your first rasam has been successful. Nikki began to think, how this rasam ended so easily?

Then we see, Malik asks Vikram to kill Nikki. But Nikki cries a lot, asking Malik for forgiveness. Malik hesitates a bit, but finally has to ask Vikram to do the job.
