At the beginning of the episode, Bala sees Sagar suffering with fever. He is too upset to take care of him. When Anupama was about to leave the house to go to work, Sagar stop her to go. Because he is sick!

Meanwhile, Meenu is suffering thinking about Sagar. She is grateful that Sagar has come into her life. When Kinjal meets Meenu, her mind is completely confused. She wants to tell Meenu about her feelings, but Meenu says that she is not happy now. Sagar is sick, as a doctor it is her duty to cure Sagar.

Just then Vanraj appeared. He leaves with a card in Meenu’s hand. Kinjal assures Meenu that she will always be by her side.

And Anupama? She went out with Sagar’s autorickshaw. A firm promise in her mind, she will not break the trust of Sagar’s customers. When Anuj sees Anupama driving the rickshaw, tears come to his eyes. He remembers the beautiful days of their past.

Vanraj asks Meenu to rest at home. Kinjal says Meenu’s blood pressure is low. Pakhi is watching over Meenu. And Anupama is praying for Anuj’s well being. Anuj also wishes Anupama well. Then, Bala and Nandita want Anuj and Anupama to get back together.

On the other hand, Vanraj has started degrading Anuj completely. Vanraj is happy to see the state Anuj is in because of Anupama. But Anuj will never be silent again. He has warned Vanraj.

And Anupama? She is supporting Anuj again. Both of them have become one again like the old days. They went back remembering those beautiful moments.

Meanwhile, Kinjal and Meenu leave the house on the pretext of shopping. Pakhi thinks that Meenu might go to see Sagar. But did Meenu really go to see Sagar?

And Anuj has seen Aadhya. He is running like mad to find Aadhya. Anupama is also helping him. Both of them are doing everything to find Aadhya.

Meanwhile, Meenu’s seniors see Sagar’s rickshaw and want to beat him up. But they don’t know that Anuj is driving the rickshaw. Anuj will be in trouble now?
