It was seen at the beginning of today’s episode of Anupama serial, Anuj was having some problems in his mind. He was forgetting everything except spiritual matters. Anupama was very worried. So she calls Meenu. Meenu is a clinical psychologist. She will treat Anuj.
Then a surprise! When Meenu was going to Shah’s house, Meenu met Sagar. Suddenly Meenu’s feet slipped, Sagar caught her. Meenu is very scared. But Sagar held her tight. Then Meenu went Shah house and started treating Anuj. Then Meenu saw Anuj. Anuj is very ill. Meenu wants Anuj to get well soon. But Kinjal can’t trust Meenu.
Meenu says that Anuj is not actually losing his memory. He wants to give importance only to spiritual matters. It is a mental problem. Anupama gets very worried.
Meanwhile, Anuj’s family refuses to allow Meenu to treat Anuj. They think Meenu will lead Anuj to a bad path. But Anupama believes in Meenu. Dee thinks Meenu can cure Anuj.
On the other hand, Anupama and Anuj still have a lot of differences. Anuj thinks Aadhya died for Anupama. Anuj also blames Anupama. But, Devika is trying to solve the problem between them.
Devika wants to explain to Anuj how much Anupama is suffering. Anupama’s legs are damaged, can’t dance, and is mentally broken trying to find Aadhya. Devika says she came back for you, can you, leave her alone like this? Anupama also comes to Anuj. She says Anuj may hate her, but she can’t live without Anuj.
In the next scene, Meenu has returned from Shah house. After returning from there, Vanraj started scolding her. Meenu gets a lot of pain after hearing Vanraj’s words. She says Anupama is not his enemy. But Vanraj is not willing to accept. He keeps blaming Anupama.
Meenu tells Vanraj that she is a doctor.She says she can’t forget the oath she took. Meaning, a man’s vow to care. But Vanraj refuses to listen to Meenu.
In the next scene, Anupama tells Nandita and Indra that they have to sell more tiffins. And while giving the tiffin to the customers, they have to say their name. Indra is happy to hear a news. She shares her happiness with Anupama and Nandita that her son is coming.

But Anupama reminds her how Indra once kicked out of the house. Indra says she has forgotten everything and her mind is only on her son and family. Nandita cannot believe that Indra has changed so much. Anupama is also a little worried that Indra’s mind might break again.
On the other hand, Devika hangs a letter on the mirror. When Anuj got that letter, his eyes opened. He realized how good of a mother Anupama really is. And how much she loves Aadhya.
When Anuj comes to know about Anupama’s feelings, he starts thinking that he asked her to stay away from Aadhya. Because he didn’t want Aadhya to suffer more. And when he gets proof of how worried Anupama is for Aadhya, he breaks his heart.
But Anuj is unable to accept from his heart that Aadhya is dead. He thinks Aadhya might be alive somewhere. Anupama also thinks so. She lights the lamp and keeps the bowl, so that no bad news can enter the house.

At the beginning of the Upcoming episode, Anupama suddenly faints, and Anuj takes her inside the house. After Anupama regains consciousness, After Anupama regains consciousness, she asks Anuj to know what Ankush and Barkha told Anuj. Her mind was filled with worry. Later that night Anupama has a vivid dream. In her dream, she sees her Aadhya playing dangerously near the electric box. She wakes up gasping, her heart pounding.
