As seen in the beginning of the episode, Meenu tells Anupama that, how much she misses her! It seems, in the beginning of the episode, Meenu and Anupama have a strange relationship. Meenu calls her mother instead of calling Anupama Mami. Anupama has own children, but still she loves Meenu like her own daughter.

Meenu says how much fun she used to have with Anupama as a child. Anupama would pick her up from school, then feed her delicious food. There was even a game of doctor-doctor! Anupama would make Meenu a patient and operate with a spoon. Meenu would then shout, “Mom, the patient fainted during the operation!”

On the other hand, Bala informs that Sagar has brought Meenakshi. But later it was found that the wrong number was connected. However, Indra thinks God wanted Anupama and Meenu to meet.

After Meenu arrives, asks Anupama to perform aarti to welcome her. But Anupama herself did not agree to perform aarti. Baa and Vanraj were very angry about this. Anupama was forced to perform aarti. But Vanraj came and threw away the plate of Aarti and spoke very badly to Anupama.

In the next scene, what a tension started between Nandita and Anuj. Nandita was unable to calm the child. Indra asked to keep her in the cradle, but Nandita refused.
